Department of Samhita and Siddhanta, KMCT Ayurveda Medical College aims at the holistic growth and development of fundamental concepts of Ayurveda through young minds. It focuses on the study of foundational texts and philosophical principles of Ayurveda. It typically covers:

Classical Texts: Study of ancient scriptures like Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridayam, which outline the principles of Ayurveda.

Philosophy and Theory: Exploration of the theoretical frameworks underlying Ayurvedic practice, including concepts like doshas, dhatus, and malas.
